If you are new to our site, you can register at the top right corner of every webpage by clicking on the “Sign In” link and select “Registering as a New Customer”. Or, you can click “here” to register now. As part of our registration process, you will be asked for the following information:

Your first and last name
Your e-mail address and a password. The email address will be your Petoga user account ID
Billing and Shipping information
Your pet name
Your pet’s birthday
Your pet breed

You will also have the opportunity to fill out a customer profile. Please feel free to complete the questions to help us learn more about you. Your answers will ultimately help us improve your overall shopping experience. We do not share your personal information with any outside companies or third parties. User Account/User Name

Your username or user account in Petoga.com is your e-mail address. We use your email to send you a confirmation of the order, and also we notify you via email when your order ships. Rest assured we do not sell any of your personal information including your email address.

Password

To create an account to which only you can access and view your confidential information, we ask that you provide a phrase or combination of letters and numbers which you can use with your email to log into this website to view your account and order information.

Forgotten Password

If you have a Petoga account and have forgotten your password, we can provide it for you. On the Sign In page, simply enter your email address in the “Forgotten your password?” and click on the "Submit”. We will immediately email your password to the email address on your Petoga.com account. Please allow minimum of 30 mins.
