Delivery and Charges
For a limited of time, we are offering free domestic ground shipping on all purchases $75 or more before sales tax and shipping. Our regular standard ground shipping is $12. Please note that with standard or ground shipping, your items may take 10 - 15 business days for delivery. The average would be 10 business days from West coast to East Coast. We cannot guarantee on time delivery due to severe or sudden weather changes. Please review the chart below. Note: The flat ground shipping rate excludes oversize/large/special items. Please see the "Large or Special Items" section below.
We also offer a flat domestic express shipping rate of $30 for 2nd Day Air. This option and ship times may be limited to certain items. The flat domestic express shipping rate excludes oversize/large/special items. Please see the "Large or Special Items" section below.
Please note: Certain items with awkward shapes and sizes such as beds and furnitures may require additional handling fees.
We do not offer International shipping at this time.
All orders require 24 - 48 hours processing and handling time before shipping. Majority of our jewelry are handmade and handcrafted by our designer. This may require approximately 2 weeks to be completed and shipped to you. Sorry for the inconvenience.
For 2nd Day Air Express delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 11 AM.
Petoga does not guarantee second day delivery. Please contact the postal service for ETA.
When shipping to office or business address, please provide the exact physical address of the building or business. Please also provide the floor, cube, or room number, attention to:, and Dept or Division. This will help ensures the delivery of the item. Please check with your business or building mail or management office frequently.
Delivery time to Guam, HI, AK and Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Island cannot be guaranteed.
Once the item(s) has been shipped, we will not be able to refund the shipping fee for any reason; such as but not limit to Exchanging or Returning the item(s).
We do not process orders after 6 pm Friday and during the weekends. All purchases made after 6 pm Friday and on the weekend will be handled and processed on the next business day (typically the following Monday unless public holiday).
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
No deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday.
Our flat rate or free domestic ground shipping offer may be used in conjunction with a promotional certificate.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue our flat rate or free ground shipping policy at any time.

Delivery Tracking
We use FedEx, UPS, United States Postal Service and other delivery services for delivery of your items. Due to orders being fulfilled from different warehouses, items may be shipped by any one of these delivery services.
Many of our items are shipped from several sources; thus your items may be shipped separately from each other, on the same order. The options and ship times may be limited for certain items. Once an item is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and you can then track your order. Order tracking can also be accessed thru your main account page. Packages shipped via US Postal Service display a delivery confirmation only. Detailed tracking information is not available.
Large or Special Items
Free domestic ground shipping offer include oversize, large or special awkward shaped items with purchases over $75. The regular flat ground shipping and 2nd Day Air express shipping offers exclude certain oversized or awkward shaped items.
Non-Deliverable, Refused or Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by you due to your refusal, negligence, absence, or you providing incorrect shipping information (invalid, unknown or insufficient address), we will attempt contact you via telephone and/or email to resolve the order. If no response is received, the customer will be charged the appropriate shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. If the order qualified for “Free Shipping”, actual shipping costs will be charged. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge.
Order Never Received
If you have tracked your package and found any discrepancies in the delivery or have not received your order after the 10 days time frame, please email us at "customservice@petoga.com" with your Order Reference Number so we can research the status of your package and resolve this issue.
Refunding Pre-paid Shipped Charges
We will cover the shipping charges you needed to return the item(2) to us in the following reasons:
- We shipped an incorrect product.
- We shipped a broken or defective product.
We will re-ship the replacement item(s) at no extra shipping cost for any inconvenience that we might have caused due to our error.
Please Note: To receive shipping refund, please include the shipping charges receipt in the return package when sending back to us. We WILL NOT process your shipping charges refund without a shipping receipt.
Shipping to International Addresses
At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.
