Order Confirmation
After you have placed your order, you will receive two status/confirmation e-mails from Petoga.com. The emails will be sent to the email address you have registered with Petoga.com.

The first email contains your order confirmation number which confirms your order has been received and will be processed. This email should arrive within 24 hours.

The second email contains the postal tracking number of your order. This confirms that your order has been shipped from our warehouses. This email will arrive once your order has been shipped.
Please note: You may see several postal tracking numbers within the second email; this is because certain products within your order may be shipped from different warehouses.
In addition, if you have registered your email address with Petoga.com, you can check the current status of your order by clicking on the “Order Listing” link at the top right corner of our website. You can also click on the “Order Listing” link provided in the emails to check the status of your order.
Order Tracking
There are two ways you can track your packages:
- By your shipping confirmation email
To help you track the status of your order shipment, we will include the postal tracking number (Federal Express or United Parcel Service) or the delivery confirmation number (United States Postal Service) in the shipment confirmation email.
- By clicking on “Order Listing” link on our site
On the Order Manager page, you can check the status of your delivery by clicking directly on the Postal Tracking Number. Upon clicking, a popup window will appear. The popup window will direct you to the corresponding postal office with detail shipping enroute of your order.
Change in Order Status
We are constantly identifying and bring the newest, trendiest, and hippest designer products to our customers. We also update and change our inventory every season.
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will notify you by email immediately.
Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item, plus any applicable taxes, promotions and shipping charges.
